How does this work?

Select your preferred plan, fill us in on your jewelry preferences, and we’ll send you pieces that we think you’ll love. You’ll build a vibrant, meaningful, and diverse jewelry collection, enjoy the convenience of being a member, and save money while you’re at it.

How often will I get this box?

Your first box will ship within 48 hours of your order being placed! From then on, your box will ship on the 15th of each month.

When will I be billed?

Subscriptions renew on the 20th of every month for the following month's shipment. Example -- renew on March 20th (3/20) for April 15th's (4/15) shipment.

What's in the box?

This depends on which plan you select -- our regular box, or our BLACK box. You can see a rundown of box goodies for both options here.

Is it easy to cancel?

You can cancel anytime, for any reason, with just a few clicks by logging into your account here. We hope you'll stay, but we don't make it hard to leave.

What if my jewelry arrives damaged?

If you receive a piece that was damaged in shipping, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the product via email at and include a picture of the damaged product. We will send you a replacement right away!

What is your refund policy?

Because of the nature of our service, we are not able to offer refunds or returns on products that have been shipped.   

I understand I get to pick one of the accessories in my BLACK box, how do I do that?

We will send you two wonderful accessories in your first box. Since we ship your first box within 48 hours, there unfortunately isn't enough time to collect your accessory preference for that first shipment. However after your first box, you will receive a preference email between the 1st and 5th of  each month allowing you to select your accessory for that month's shipment. Again, we ship on the 15th of each month
