We are a company founded on the idea that the little things can make all the difference.

You are a hard working babe, and half of the reason this company exists. The other quarters are my two little kiddos. In addition to being my motivation in life, they provide inspiration for most of the pieces we send out in our monthly jewelry collections!

I partner the adventures I go on with their little 2 and 4-year-old selves with customer feedback and requests to create classy pieces perfect for everyday living, the office, the classroom, or any adventure ahead of you. These meaningful sets can easily be dressed up, or down, and provide just the right amount of bling for women from all walks of life.

We design, create, wrap, and hand seal (yes -- those awesome wax seals you see on Pinterest) each and every batch of goodies that travels through our doors out to wonderful women across the world!

We are absolutely thrilled that we get to send boxes all around the world, to amazing women who trust us to send them their new favs.

How does this work?

Select your preferred box, fill us in on your preferences, and we’ll send you pieces that we think you’ll love. You’ll build a vibrant, meaningful, and diverse jewelry collection, enjoy the convenience of being a member, and save money while you’re at it.

How often will I get this box?

Your first box will ship within 48 hours of your order being placed! From then on, your box will ship on the 15th of each month.

When will I be billed?

Subscriptions renew on the 20th of every month for the following month's shipment. Example -- renew on March 20th for April 15th's shipment.

What's in the box?

This depends on which box you select -- our regular box, or our BLACK box. You can see a rundown of box goodies for both options here.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. 

Is it easy to cancel?

You can cancel anytime, for any reason, with just a few clicks. We hope you'll stay, but we don't make it hard to leave.

What if my jewelry arrives damaged?

If you receive a piece that was damaged in shipping, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the product via email at reachmintmongoose@gmail.com and include a picture of the damaged product. We will send you a replacement right away!

What is your refund policy?

Because of the nature of our service, we are not able to offer refunds on products that have been shipped. However, if you would like to cancel a future shipment, please reach out to us via email. 

 

I understand I get to pick one of the accessories in my BLACK box, how do I do that?

We will send you two wonderful accessories in your first box. Since we ship your first box within 48 hours, there unfortunately isn't enough time to collect your accessory preference for that first shipment. However after your first box, you will receive a preference email between the 1st and 5th of  each month allowing you to select your accessory for that month's shipment. Again, we ship on the 15th of each month
